HYDROSTATIC TEST

Safe Air Systems offers Hydrostatic Test and Visual Inspection for DOT specification, Special Permit, and UN Cylinders. SCBA, SCUBA and fire extinguishers all fall under the DOT testing and inspection regulations.  In addition to Hydrostatic Test, we offer Proof Testing, Eddy Current testing and a variety of reconditioning services including shot blasting and painting. We have a state of the art Hydrostatic Test Facility with 4 computer operated test stands that have capacity to test air cylinders in large quantities. Our Hydrostatic Test Facility can test High Pressure air cylinders and gas cylinders ranging from 2,000 PSI to 6,000 PSI to meet the DOT standards. A computer generated report is provided with all test results from our Hydrostatic Test.

FIRE EXTINGUISHERS

Safe Air Systems also offers Fire Extinguisher equipment as well as Fire Extinguisher Inspection, install, test and perform scheduled maintenance on all Fire Extinguishers. Fire Extinguisher Inspection is required by law for all businesses. We offer instructions on how to use a fire extinguisher.
